Recipe: Hifi Tartlets

This is such a quick and easy breakfast or even dessert idea for anyone who's in a hurry. I have a particular sweet tooth, so I don't mind eating these early on in the day, but for those who prefer a savoury start to their morning, prehaps keep this idea for an after dinner treat!

Ingredients:
Hi-fi Bars or any alternative breakfast cereal bar
Yogurt
Fruit

Method:
Break up hifi bars, and place into plastic cupcake mould. Melt in microwave for 10 second intervals, and when it has melted sufficently enough for you to move it around the mould, create the shape of a hollow bun. I use a glass with a rounded bottom and a spoon for this.

Leave the 'cups' to cool for a few minutes, or if you're prepping them like me, leave them overnight in the fridge, and they'll be ready to go in the morning.

I tend to keep mine simple once they've set, normally adding yogurt and fruit to top them off. Obviously you can get as creative as you want with these, but my favourite toppings to use are the coconut yogurt from Glenish, and fresh chopped strawberries.

Happy eating,
Fiona
